Los Bafta nunca tienden a ser predecibles; Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy arrasa con hasta 11 nominaciones, solo por debajo de las 12 de The Artist (¿Quién dijo que a los británicos no les caían bien los franceses?). Gary Oldman se cuela en actor protagonista y a Bérénice Bejo la situan en mejor actriz. Hugo recibe 9 nominaciones pero se queda fuera de Mejor Película. Otros olvidados fueron Midnight in Paris (que obtiene nominación en Mejor Guión) o Leonardo DiCaprio (soy yo o solo lo han nominado al Globo de Oro? Anda que como se le escape de nuevo la nominación al Oscar... #Horas después: ah, no! También lo han nominado al SAG! (voy algo despistadillo...) Entonces la cosa no está tan mala! xD!).
